This is Tetsu he is The father of Hikari Kishidan, and yes He and Kaen are together. He died before Hikari was born, but was resurrected  9 years later due to a surge of Eternity Energy(unlimited power). Due to this he woke up in The place Hikari was staying, well the living room, and he was told he just appeared there.
